As a longtime resident of Atlanta, Terry knows what makes this city great. She knows the Intown neighborhoods, Vinings, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs and Cobb community well. She is also very knowledgeable about both public and private school systems. Her goal as a REALTOR® is to find the perfect pairing for her clients, whether it be matching them with their dream home, a special unique residence, an investment property or other real estate need. One of Terry's strengths is helping sellers transition seamlessly from their current home, moving “up” or downsizing - she likes to call it “right-sizing”! Terry takes pride in staying informed about economic trends affecting market conditions and connects her clients with Atlanta’s top residential mortgage bankers and lenders. Terry has aligned herself with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty because she knows it is FOREMOST in the industry, providing strong leadership and cutting-edge marketing. Additionally, she has 10 years of real estate experience, is a member of The Vawter Group, a team boasting over $2 billion in group sales and is a Founding Member of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

In addition to her active real estate career, Terry has presided on a number of boards for philanthropic organizations throughout the city, which serve charities, patriotic services and historic preservation. She is also the sole proprietor of Terry Vawter Interiors. Her passions are enjoying her young grandchildren, her two dogs, interior design and flower arranging. She and her husband, Wes, enjoy an occasional getaway to their cottage in Highlands, N.C. They are members of Capital City Club, Brookhaven and The Cathedral of St. Philip.
